Competition preparation coaching is offered on a limited, application-only basis.
This service is designed for athletes pursuing physique competition and requires a high level of commitment, discipline, and readiness.
Due to the demands of prep and the level of individualisation required, this is not listed as a standard coaching option.
If you are considering competing and would like to discuss whether I’m the right coach for you, please submit an application and note your interest in competition preparation.
